Joe Ramsay is a singer-songwriter and Blues guitarist from Napanee Ontario. He has played with various bands for over 40 years, including the Kim Pollard Band which represented this region in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN. Currently he performs solo with acoustic guitar and often pairs up with other local musicians to form a duo. Joe performs a wide catalogue of Folk-Rock and Blues classics.
