Please Note:
With the weather starting to get cold please be aware the Thairific truck will have fewer hours of operation. The truck is not able to run once the temperatures get to low, as the water lines will freeze. So while we hope they can continue to be with us through to November it’s weather dependant.

A little bit about Thairific
A fan favorite and the first food truck to come visit us two years ago Chef Chana cooks up true authentic Thai food. In fact she is making the exact same recipes her parents and grandparents taught to her as a child in Thailand!
With many of her recipes showcasing Central Thailand cuisine, she does do some Northeastern dishes and has created some great fusion foods, where East meets West. Sliders done with a spicy lemongrass tomato sauce. Curry Puffs stuffed with local cheese, and we all crave the spring rolls.
