Welcome to our first ever Oktoberfest festivities!
Hayride on tap! Hayride is a blend of styles you might know as Oktoberfest, Marzen or Vienna Lager. This amber lager is a copper coloured beer, medium-bodied, clean and crisp with a good helping of caramel flavours. Bitterness is low, making this a well-balanced super smooth beer.
Not in the mood for a Hayride? Not to worry. We have 14 other beers on tap - County Cider, Three Dog wine and lots of non-alcoholic options.
12pm - to sellout - Barbacoa Boyz Mobile Kitchen will be in the house serving up tasty BBQ eats, along with a special Meyers Creek poutine! It's their classic poutine with seared local Oktoberfest sausage, caramelized onions and sautéed with our own Hayride "Oktoberfest" beer, topped with sauerkraut and served with grainy mustard and chef's special dip on the side. 12pm - to sellout - Vanilla Valley Bakery's Fresh Pretzels - Everyone loves them! Eat them as is or dip them in mustard or caramel sauce.
1pm - 6pm - Oktoberfest Stein Holding - with prizes!
- Masskrugstemmen - the traditional stein holding contest. We'll do timed contest rounds every hour with the best time of the day winning a prize pack. Sign up sheet will be available in the taproom.
Fun Fact: The current world record was set in 2018 for a hold time of just over 21 minutes!
7pm- Bad Tractor - Our friends Bad Tractor are in the house for our official last outdoor concert of the season! It's always a great show with awesome people.
