True story breweries can’t survive on beer alone, we NEED coffee now and again. Which is why we are excited to welcome one of our favorite people into the taproom to share his passion for coffee!

On Sunday February 11  at 1pm Andrew from Railbed Roaster will be be doing a coffee chocolate tasting at the brewery. For a minimal cost Andrew will be offering pour over and aeropress tasting of a variety of his specialty roasts. Andrew will also be offering his product for sale.

Beer and coffee in one location just before Valentines Day . . . can we say perfect gift pairing?

A little about Railbed Roaster.

Andrew’s coffee journey began while in university in 2010 when his brother got him a French press. Little did he know it was the gateway into coffee culture and his chase for the perfect cup was on! Many years, pieces of equipment, experimentation and cups of coffee later Railbed Roaster was born. 

Railbed Roaster is a culmination of Andrews’s love of coffee, passion to chase that perfect cup, and his desire to share his craft with the residents of Belleville​​​​​​.
